The site

serene.com is operated by Serene Bay Real Estate LLC, a real estate advisory licensed under RERA, Dubai, UAE. Use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

What the site is and isn't

The site presents off-plan developments, developer profiles, and market analysis for information. Nothing on it constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, and no content forms an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, handover dates, and payment plans are set by developers and may change; the filed documents, Sale and Purchase Agreements and escrow filings, govern in every case.

Independent specialists

Where we introduce you to an independent specialist, a surveyor, mortgage advisor, interior designer, letting agent or UAE-qualified legal counsel, that firm is engaged by you, on its own terms. The introduction is optional, we are paid nothing for making it, and Serene Bay's terms end at that threshold.

Accuracy

We work from developers' registered filings and correct errors when found. If a figure on this site and a registered filing disagree, the filing is right.

Intellectual property

The Serene Bay name, mark, and site content are the property of Serene Bay Real Estate LLC. Editorial content may be quoted with attribution; it may not be republished wholesale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
