One Park Square

One Park Square is Iman Developers' 24-storey tower in Jumeirah Village Circle, conceived by the developer as a homage to Dubai's natural landscape. Its golden-and-beige facade takes its cue from the desert sands, while the curved, flowing architecture and refined finishes are meant to echo the movement of water and the greenery around it. The developer describes the result as a tranquil yet vibrant community setting rather than a conventional JVC tower. The building is configured as Ground + 5 podium parking levels + 24 floors. The ground floor holds an expansive entrance lobby, lobby lounge and retail shops; the first floor is an open-air amenities deck; the eleventh floor houses the indoor amenity zone. Duplex apartments sit on the 8th, 12th and 16th floors, with pools designed into the facade, and the 24th floor is reserved for penthouses. The two amenity zones are combined and celebrated in a protruding structural expression on the exterior. The indoor level adds a clubhouse with pool table, arcade zone, table tennis, club lounge and coffee bar, a fitness centre with cardio and strength zones, sauna and steam rooms, an ice therapy room, and an indoor kids' play area with a rock-climbing wall and ball-pool slide. Residents have access to Mall of the Emirates, Circle Mall, JVC Community Park, Expo City, Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah, alongside nearby golf courses, schools and healthcare facilities.
