SVARN Development is a young company assembled from long careers. Its chairman, Ramesh Aswani, is an engineer whose record runs through communities the market already knows, The Millennium Estates, Grand Views and the ultra-luxury villas at Nad Al Sheba 1, and the founding team brings roughly fifty years of UAE experience between them.
The company has committed over half a billion dirhams across Dubai South, Majan and Dubai Maritime City, three districts at very different stages: an airport city being built out, an established mid-market community, and a waterfront quarter still finding its price. The case is experienced hands. The counterweight is that the corporate entity is new, so the record to examine belongs to the people rather than to the balance sheet buying the land.
