Qube Development is the property arm of DHG Investments and was registered with the Land Department as developer 1692 in 2023, carrying a group record of some thirty years into a young Dubai register. Its current footprint runs to roughly 2.3 million square feet of gross floor area across Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Dubai Studio City and Meydan.
The relevant fact is Cubix Residences: completed and handed over. A first delivered building is the difference between a developer and a pipeline, and it is the document to ask for before the rest of the register is discussed. Arisha Terraces in Studio City runs to 419 apartments and Midora in Jumeirah Village Circle follows it.
