Marquis Developers has built eight projects since 2020 inside Arjan and the Dubai Residence Complex, under chairman P. B. Navas Khan. Two of them, 2020 Marquis and Marquis Signature, are handed over. The seventh, Marquis One, is a twenty-two storey tower of roughly five hundred homes due in 2028.
The structural fact is the one worth carrying: Marquis operates debt-free and Shariah-compliant. In a market where construction finance is the usual point of failure, a developer building from its own balance sheet is not exposed to a lender withdrawing mid-tower, and its completion risk sits with its own cash rather than with a bank's appetite. The counterweight is scale: this is a small house in two districts, and its exit liquidity is the liquidity of Arjan.
