Iman Developers delivered its first scheme in 2016 and has since built the Oxford series almost entirely inside Jumeirah Village Circle: Oxford Villas, Oxford Residence, 10 Oxford at four hundred and thirty units, and Oxford Cove, its twelfth project in the district. Building the same series in the same community twelve times is either a lack of ambition or a deep familiarity with one market, and the sales record suggests the second.
The case is absorption. Oxford Cove sold roughly three hundred million dirhams within two hours of launch, which tells you what the district's demand looks like at this price point rather than what a brochure claims about it. The trade is concentration: an investor buying Iman is buying Jumeirah Village Circle, and the two cannot be separated in an exit.
