Grovy arrived in Dubai carrying a record made elsewhere. The group's roots run back to 1985 in India and more than a hundred delivered projects, and the UAE arm has applied that to a narrow register in Jumeirah Village Circle: Aria, since handed over, and Aura behind it.
The case is a delivery culture that predates the Dubai cycle. A house that has completed a hundred schemes in a harder, slower market tends to underwrite differently from one founded during a boom, and Aria being finished rather than announced is the part of that record worth checking. The counterweight is a short local history: the Dubai portfolio is small, and the group's Indian completions are not evidence a UAE escrow will behave.
Serene is registered with Grovy for its Jumeirah Village Circle releases. Handover histories and escrow filings for every Grovy development we present are available through Amelia, unedited.
