BNW Developments was established in 2021 under chairman Ankur Aggarwal, with the actor Vivek Anand Oberoi as co-founder, and has since put together a development pipeline it values at around thirty-two billion dirhams across two very different markets: rising towers in Dubai and the shoreline of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Al Marjan is the interesting half. It is the island carrying the emirate's casino resort, and land there has repriced faster than anywhere else in the northern emirates over the last few years. The case is early positioning on a shoreline with a fixed edge. The counterweight is a four-year-old developer holding a very large announced pipeline, which is a ratio worth examining rather than admiring.
